Shopping for Shares Now Available

Shopping for Shares at Big W

You probably know this already (since Shopping for Shares is now the top 37’th best selling business title this week in Australia) but you can now buy Shopping for Shares at most bookstores and department stores here in Oz.

I was in my local Big W yesterday and saw that they had about six or seven copies on the shelves for under $20.  Bargain!  I had to take a photo although the guy in the next aisle did look at me rather strangely when I was taking the picture.  That’s not weird right?

Mary Ryan’s bookstores in Queensland have my book on their website listed in their top 10 picks, right below Jamie Oliver.  Cool.  It was also featured in their flyer as well.

It’s also available for the Kindle at Amazon (was $14 there last time I looked).  As well as iBooks, Nook and other ebook readers if you want the digital version.  I’m actually loving digital books right now and since I’ve gotten my Kindle I think I buy more books than ever.

So far I’m really happy with how popular Shopping for Shares has been although I’d love to get into the top 20 or even the top 10 bestselling business books.  Fingers crossed!

The updated edition contains lots more tips and advice on choosing shares using both long term and short term strategies.  I’ve even included lots of lazy girl tips for those of us that don’t have a lot of time to spend choosing which companies that we want to invest in.

Right now is a great time to think about getting back into the stock market.  We are at the tail end of a bear market and in the next year or so things should improve.  If you buy now, while things are still cheap, you will likely do very well when the market turns around.

Anyway thanks again for helping to make Shopping for Shares one of your favourite stock market books.

Tracey
